Genus Heliocybe
This genus is monotypic, having a single species. It is related to Neolentinus but lacks clamp connections.

- Taxonomy
- Rune (1994) placed Heliocybe in synonymy with Neolentinus. Garcia-Sandoval et al. (2011) say this transfer is unneccesary while Heliocybe falls outside as a sister group to Neolentinus.
